Saturday, I had the privilege and joy to lead a workshop at Polgate Windmill with the Third Moon Women's Group who I am a member of.

We have just passed Imbolc, the ancient Celtic celebration of early spring, marking the halfway point between winter and spring equinox, where the earth awakes from its slumber. Inspired by the place in both season and venue, I centred our workshop around ancient grains used in breadmaking.
