Group Agreement
1. We are a diverse community and welcome all self-identified women.
2. We are open to learning and growing. We respect one another's differences, spiritual paths, worldviews, life journeys, and perspectives - even when they challenge our own ways of thinking.
3. We treat one another with respect, dignity, and kindness. We ask questions with sensitivity and openness, and we aim to create a safe space, especially when someone is in need of support. 4. We carefully and respectfully hold anything shared - including photographs taken - at gatherings, circles, and events as confidential, unless specific consent and permission have been requested and granted. Safeguarding measures will be in place if ever needed.

5. We recognise that people carry trauma, and we are a trauma-sensitive community. With this in mind, we understand that some may have tender areas in their lives and may carry trauma triggers. We do our best to be mindful of one another. Note: We are not a therapy group and cannot provide specialist care.
6. While attending events, we trust participants to refrain from using alcohol or substances, to ensure a safe and welcoming space for all women.

7. We are mindful of those attending alone or for the first time. We make an intentional effort to be inclusive and to reach out to those who may not yet feel a sense of belonging.
8. We are a community of diverse personalities, neurodiversity, and communication styles. We make space for quieter voices and those who may need more time to participate. We invite full and equal participation from everyone.

9. We acknowledge that conflict can arise, and we are committed to handling it with care. To keep our community safe and healthy, we will: - Aim to resolve conflicts and disputes as quickly and peacefully as possible - Keep conflicts between those directly involved - Avoid negative conversations about others - Contain tensions to prevent division and protect the group atmosphere - Seek support from a core team member for mediation or guidance if needed We will always strive toward reconciliation and peacemaking to the best of our ability.
10. We are each responsible for our own and others' safety and well-being. We commit to reflecting on our actions and receiving feedback with openness. We accept responsibility for the impact we have on the group and the consequences of our behaviour.
11. We are an incredible community that holds one another in love, support, and empowering friendship. We come together to build connection, have fun, learn new skills, explore different perspectives, and support one another through listening - and, when requested, by guiding others to appropriate external services.
